Streets foods of Vadodara: Part 1 of 2

Vadodara, the refinery and petrochemical hub of India, is one of the largest cities in the country and is a hub of the state's cuisine and culture. I began my career in the oil & gas sector in this lovely city located in the western state of Gujarat.
The Britishers had named the city as 'Baroda', and this city has a lot to offer in terms of its fascinating history along with its lip-smacking food items. The range of restaurants and eateries is immense in this city, and one is spoilt for choice.
So, rather than providing information on restaurants, this blog provides insights into the streets of Vadodara, where you will find classic and flavorsome Gujarati food.
Thus, my favorite street foods from Vadodara are listed in this two-part series, along with the mention of the places from where you can go to grab them to satisfy your taste buds.
Read through the list below,  and  get ready for a gastronomic roller coaster ride of the cultural epi-centre of Gujarat!
